We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager role in an Automation Machinery Manufacturing company based in California. It is a prominent worldwide technology firm that is driving the intelligent logistics revolution to provide supply chain management, warehouse, and manufacturing solutions that are adaptable, trustworthy, and extremely efficient. They are seeking a project manager with the necessary expertise who is motivated by curiosity, seeks a good challenge, and exhibits these qualities.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

-5+ years of reliable project management expertise.

-It is preferable to have experience with warehouse operations or solution designs in the relevant sectors of logistics, 3PL, automation, etc.

-Understanding of project management techniques and resources. Knowledge of WMS, AutoCAD, or IT infrastructure is advantageous.

-Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, organisation, and attention to detail.

-Proactive in their learning, tenacious, and patient.

-Strong written and verbal English skills; good Cantonese and Mandarin skills.

-It is necessary to travel frequently (50–75%).

-A driving licence is necessary.

-UK work authorization (required).

Job Responsibilities:

-In charge of managing and running the project/project team.

-Create a project process plan and engage in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.

-To assure project deliverables, track and communicate project progress and challenges to project teams and stakeholders.

-Organise meetings with relevant parties to collect business needs and communicate with stakeholders.

-Create comprehensive critical routes, deadlines, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and status updates.

-Participate in the user acceptance test, system test, integration test, and implementation tasks.

-Maintain project delivery in accordance with project milestones while supervising and assisting less experienced colleagues.
