We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer role in a London-based law firm. The firm has built a solid reputation for itself in the UK legal market thanks to its extensive experience gained through years of practice and challenging real-world cases in the areas of corporate and company law, international immigration, real estate, and intellectual property rights. They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic conveyancer with a strong background in conveyancing and a demonstrated track record of managing a variety of caseloads to join their dynamic team.
 

Job Requirements:

A qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with at least three to five years of experience in the field.

A thorough knowledge of residential and commercial property law.

Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese writing and speaking abilities.

Possessing knowledge of handling a variety of cases.

Exceptional client-care abilities and the capacity to work in a customer-facing position.

Strong interpersonal and negotiating abilities.

Detail-oriented and precise document preparation.

Purchasing and selling commercial and residential real estate.

Creating, negotiating, and examining new leases.

Providing lease extension assistance to clients.

Managing business and lease assignments.

Drafting deeds of surrender and variation, particularly those with clauses regarding the modification of ground rent.

Carrying out the remortgaging of the real estate process.

Guiding clients through the legal aspects of the Right to Buy program while handling client advice.
