We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Manager role in a London based Management Consulting firm. The company is a recognized specialist in strategic analysis. It is now seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Information Manager to work on an intriguing and relevant project examining the leading edge of foreign relations analysis.

Job Requirements:

•    Skilled in copyright, intellectual property, data licensing, embargoes, ethics and reuse, data literacy, and privacy.
•    You'll have previous experience working with researchers, assisting them in understanding their data requirements and receiving and analyzing data that they provide.
•    Worked with researchers and graphic developers to transform data into client-friendly visualizations.
•    You should be experienced in managing research data in English and other languages.
•    Proficiency in English is required.
•    You will be familiar with contemporary systems and technologies such as institutional repositories, encoding standards (for example, XML), and metadata.
•    A recognized degree in library and information science is required.
•    Applicant must be based in the United Kingdom.
 

Job Responsibilities:

•    Fine-tune and administer the project's data collecting technique.
•    Oversee this data's processing on the company's AI-powered data platform.
•    Control the use of such data in the generation of findings for clients in collaboration with researchers.
•    Collaborate with graphic artists to represent project data.
•    Creating data gathering plans, storing and making data accessible, and determining storage and destruction periods.
•    Utilising data as a resource and assisting researchers in the management of research data.
