We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Director role in a computer software company that is based in California. The company is a fast-growing company with a customer base of more than 2.5 billion and is seeking a dynamic and focused leader who knows how to build and manage a world-class sales force.

Job Requirements:

•    3–8 years of sales leadership experience in a mobile technology firm, with a proven track record of success.
•    Recruiting and expanding a team at a fast-growing firm is a plus.
•    The ability to fully comprehend the company’s SDK and explain its benefits to both technical and non-technical customers.
•    Keen about smartphone technologies and mobile SDKs.
•    Willing to travel on a regular basis.
•    A strong work ethic and internal desire to create outcomes. 
•    Full written and spoken proficiency in English.
•    Knowledge of operating a pipeline using Salesforce or a comparable SFA application is required.
•    Humility and a partner-centered mindset.
 

Job Responsibilities:

Set regional sales and adoption goals, track them and accomplish them.
•     Maintain a close eye on pipeline KPIs and deal progress.
•     Establish high-level collaborations to help Marketing and Sales activities move faster.
•     Identify methods to assist the sales cycle by creating local groundswell and brand awareness.
•     Use localized marketing strategies to boost brand recognition and promote the pipeline.
•     Make every encounter with a potential Branch user a positive experience, regardless of the deal size.
•     Strengthen and expand our connections with our most important partners.
•     Attend relevant regional conferences and events on behalf of the Branch.
•     Hire and manage a high-performing sales staff.
