EasternBlossoms (EB) is the largest non-for-profit Chinese professional network in the UK. We connect over 30 China oriented networks in banking, accounting, consulting, legal, technology, academia, charity and other industries in the UK. EB is running an exciting new leadership programme to help inspire collaboration in the Professional Chinese Community.

This volunteering program is designed to grow you into a leader, through hands-on learning alongside world-class professionals. You’ll be placed into a function and develop your skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first leadership role.

About the Programme:

Ø  Leading Live Projects: - You will be expected to manage and lead an EB Project to completion. This may include organization of interbanking and consultancy events where you will have excellent opportunities to network with China professionals from the finance industry. Furthermore this is an great extra curricular opportunity and something unique to place on your CV.

Ø  Working with Chinese Professionals from Industry: - We understand that looking for a job is hard to find when you do not understand the role. Within EB you will be partnered with professionals in to help you make an informed decision when working on Projects!

Ø   Help and support form the entire EB Team: - Once you are up and running and have proven you can deliver, we are most willing to assist and help you in your own career aspirations. You will have access across the EB Organisation.

Ø  Work References at the End of the Programme: - Once you have delivered your project we will provide you references to show the great work you have done. Receiving references from people in the industry you want to get into will help greatly with your job applications!

Ø  EB Networking Events: - EB generally do not allow students in our professional networking events, however because you are part of the EB Team exceptions can be made.
