We have an exciting opportunity for an Immigration Supervisor role with a London-based law firm. Our client is a progressive, modern law firm that offers specialized legal services. Requirements:

-It is preferable to have excellent verbal and written Mandarin language skills.

-Considerable experience in immigration law, including appeals, JR, PBS, and HR applications.

-Supervisory experience of at least three years is required.

-Worked under a work overload and to short timelines in the past.

-Capable of leading and developing a team.

-Personal organization and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

-Create, market, and expand the immigration department.

-Day-to-day monitoring of the immigration department to implement and monitor a high standard of service, adhere to practise standards, resolve any compliance issues, and meet expected targets.

-Provide the immigration department with frequent updates and internal training.

-Discover new revenue streams.

-Streamline and enhance the department's procedures.

-Keep up to date on the most recent relevant legislation and policy changes.

-Regularly review the files of all immigration colleagues.
