We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Solicitor role with a London-based law firm. Our client is a well-known London law firm with a strong global presence. Their expert legal teams provide a full range of legal services to commercial and private clients through specialized departments. They have expanded rapidly and are now able to provide a one-stop-shop for all of their clients' individual and commercial needs. Each of the firm's founding members belongs to a different culture and has a diverse origin. The successful candidate would have a strong interest in and demonstrated skill in business growth, as well as a proactive risk management strategy.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 2+ PQE as a Property Solicitor

-Cantonese is a native language

-Experience in commercial real estate is required, with some residential experience preferred. Residential experience is an advantage, not a requirement for your application.

-Technical expertise is required.

-Commercially minded, with a strong interest in business development and marketing.

Responsibilities:

-Managing all aspects of commercial real estate

-Work on development for both buyers and sellers

-Acting on behalf of borrowers in refinancing

-Granting and acquiring leases on behalf of tenants and landlords
