We have an exciting opportunity for an Integration (Implementation) Manager role for a marketing & advertising company based in London. The firm has been functioning for more than a decade and is an award-winning pioneer in elevated affiliate marketing. The firm is currently looking for a strong communicator who can work efficiently and effectively having the necessary experience.

Job Requirements:

•    Expertise with marketing technology integrations, particularly with affiliate network integrations.
•    A working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and XML.
•    In-depth knowledge of the programming lifecycle and how it functions.
•    Outstanding communication abilities, both written and vocal.
•    Excellent attention to detail, as seen by a methodical approach to testing, reporting, and delivering feedback to key stakeholders.
•    A go-getter who can assist customers and the internal team on a progressing premise.
•    The capacity to prioritize and operate in a fast-paced setting, as well as the motivation to do so.
•    A desire to learn and grow as a professional.
•    Advanced skill in Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 

Job Responsibilities:

•    Account Managers, Clients, Technical Teams, and other stakeholders should be consulted at all stages of the Integration Process.
•    Capacity to interact in both technical and non-technical terms, provide direction during the installation process, and offer support and technical support as needed.
•    Persuade and inform clients of their setup necessities courteously and professionally.
•    Provide support to the Account Management Team by developing and managing customer relationships.
•    Clients and Account Managers receive first and second line technical, as well as system, assistance.
•    Use a methodical approach to testing, reporting, and giving relevant stakeholders timely and useful responses.
•    Separately address tracking and integration concerns.
