We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant role in a Management Consulting company based in Bath, UK. It has clients in various countries and has been recognized as Europe's top food and beverage consultant since the 1990s. In addition to market research, the company's major operations include strategic and economic guidance, financial and technical consultancy projects as well as information services, trade magazines. The ideal applicant will join the team as a senior consultant with commercial experience in the food and beverage industry and be able to assist clients with strategic decisions.

Job Requirements:

•    A minimum of 3 to 5 years of work exposure in the commercial advisory and business developments
•    Graduation from an accredited university with an outstanding academic record in Economics, Business or Liberal Arts
•    Leadership, project planning, and continual development are all skills that have been demonstrated in the past
•    Capability to successfully convey complicated concepts in English, both orally and in writing
•    Customers' industries, as well as their difficulties and possibilities, are well-understood
•    Excellent analytical and mathematical problem-solving abilities
•    Insatiable for knowledge
•    Prospecting as part of a proactive lead creation strategy
•    Ability to multi-task and be creative
•    Dedicated team player
•    Thinker who likes being confronted and is creative.
•    Competency in Microsoft Office programs, with a minimum of professional expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
 

Job Responsibilities:

•    Client contact on a day-to-day basis from project initiation to conclusion, ensuring that all essential goals are accomplished.
•    Creating and maintaining customer connections, as well as turning leads into proposals and projects. 
•    Assisting with important account management tasks.
•    Advisory initiatives are planned, organized, implemented, and closed.
•    Lead projects of varying complexity as a solo or as part of a team.
•    Includes project setup and administration in CRM, task scheduling, deadline management, and excellent time management, among other things
•    Be confident in your ability to provide the final product to clients, whether it's documented or in a presentation.
•    You should be able to solve problems for clients.
•    Getting projects completed on time and to the satisfaction of clients.
•    Assist in developing innovative client-facing consulting tools and methods.
•    Retrieving, collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to produce insights and strategic suggestions in a customer-friendly manner
•    To develop knowledge in important food and beverage categories, nations, and areas, particularly in beverages and dairy.
•    Mentoring workers and enabling their career progression following Human Resources policy will help to enhance the team's abilities and experience.
•    To guarantee that project work is completed according to ISO 9001 standards and that project protocols are followed.
•    Examine the performance of commercial initiatives about budget and follow up to gather appropriate customer reviews with actionable prospective aims and objectives.
•    Other duties may include teamwork of analysts and consultants on yearly worldwide studies, publications, and information projects, and other textual outputs such as editorials, columns, professional insights, and webcasts.
