We have an exciting opportunity for a PPC Account Director - APAC markets in a London based Marketing & Advertising company. The firm is a multinational, full-service digital marketing agency that collaborates with some of the world's most recognisable companies. The ultimate goal of this function is to assist the APAC Channel Head and guide the APAC Sr. Account Managers, and Executives in the implementation of PPC strategy for major customers. This role has a 3 months probationary period.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience.

• Excellent understanding and hands-on expertise with PPC advertising, specifically Google Ads.

• Extensive customer service experience, notably with international corporations.

• A natural leader with experience leading cross-cultural groups and local experts (such as Chinese, Japanese and Korean).

• A basic understanding of local search engines in APAC.

• Chinese language proficiency.

• Outstanding communication, organisational, and presenting abilities

• Analytical and mathematical thinking.

• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

• Excellent MS Office abilities, including Excel, Word, and PPT.

• Demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and managing time.

• Demonstrated negotiation ability.

• The capacity to spot possibilities, produce ideas and formulate tactics on one's own.

• Expertise in line management, coaching, and training.

• Proven track record of addressing client expectations.

• A strong interest in online marketing and cross-channel marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

•    Collaborating with the Head of APAC to give executive guidance to client portfolio.
•    Build and maintain strong contacts with clientele.
•    Represent your expertise, internet platforms, and market changes with important clients, keeping them up to date on forthcoming changes.
•    Identify and create possibilities to boost income from important clients, whether through higher PPC expenditure or larger cross-channel dialogues.
•    Maintain standards, improve procedures, and streamline delivery throughout the team while providing efficient assistance to the PPC Management Team.
•    Supervise the execution of PPC services in your team, assuring quality work that follows best practices and satisfies the customer objectives.
•    Ensure that all customer revenues and profit and loss statements are followed in the team.
•    Coordinate and assign work within the team to ensure that assignments are allotted properly based on abilities and resources.
•    Monitor the development and training requirements of your immediate reports.
•    Economic attention and responsibility of the team's and clients' economic performance, with attention on expenses, income, and working methods, to guarantee profitability fulfilment.
•    Maintain your position at the frontline of PPC by staying updated on industry developments, new platforms, and innovations.
•    Build and maintain a knowledge structure inside the APAC group, and manage a team of local engine professionals to stay on top of current tools and technologies.
•    Assist in the preparation of new business and attend sales pitches as needed.
•    Develop new business pitching and strategies and present the pitch.
•    Oversee and create essential client interactions and deliverables such as QBRs, campaign evaluations, and client meetings.
•    Align strategy and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled with other teams throughout the organisation by working with key stakeholders (strategy & planning, client services, etc.).
•    Create unique, original, and successful ideas and process improvements for your clients/the PPC team as a whole.
•    Administer your team in boarding new customers to every local engine, and develop a go-to-market research strategy that meets the requirements of clients.
•    Assist in the evolution of the sponsored search proposition by establishing yourself as a major thought leader within the PPC team/broader company.
