We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Director role in one of the top Digital Marketing agencies based in China. The company is currently seeking to hire a Mandarin-speaking Account Director to join and lead the UK team.
 

Job Requirements:

• Experience working for a digital marketing agency is essential.

• Must be a Chinese native speaker or, if not, have studied Chinese at university or worked in China.

• The most organised and communicative.

• Capability to lead proposals while meeting timelines.

• Pay attention to detail, manage workload, and identify trouble spots for client deliverables.

• Methodical in order to effectively manage workloads throughout the team.

• Capable of implementing action solutions/changes/processes to meet obligations on time.

• Problem solver and go-to person to assist team members in quickly resolving challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

• Concentrate on strategic thinking and dialogues that lead to increased account growth.

• Responsible for strategy accuracy and viability.

• Collaborate with clients to generate briefs, concepts, tactics/mechanics, scope, and budgets.

• Create accounts to guarantee that clients receive business value.

• Ultimate accountability for job quality (creativity and effectiveness), establish KPIs that we can exceed.

• Make room for cross-selling and upselling.

• Leading the Client Services team requires a hands-on approach and attention to detail.

• In charge of people and structures/processes.

• Develop and implement growth strategies for teams and clients.

• Engage in and contribute to fresh business proposals.
