We have an exciting opportunity for a Product and Supply Chain Assistant role in a Marketing and Advertising company based in Lymington. The company makes market-leading luxury packaging and promotional goods in a variety of sectors by designing, sourcing, and manufacturing them. The function is to help the Product Manager in the efficient administration, paperwork, and operational processes of a busy department in charge of the company's product and supply chain.

Job Requirements:

• Outstanding system acumen, knowledge, and interest, as well as a can-do attitude.

• Articulate with exceptional meticulousness and a strong desire for precision and getting things done the first time.

• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in a prioritised manner.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese is required.

• Understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines.

• Be ready to go above and above regularly.

• Not afraid to ask probing questions.

• IT literate with a solid grasp of MS Office/Excel/Outlook.

• Owning a car is vital due to the job location.

• Hardworking, dependable, dedicated, proactive, and resolute.

• Doesn't accept no for an answer.

• Self-motivated and capable of motivating others.

• Capable of doing tasks without causing a commotion.

• Provides solutions and answers to difficulties.

• Optimistic and inquisitive.

• Performance-driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about the team's success.

• Willingness to learn and strive for continuous development.

Job Responsibilities:

• The input of correct data into the business's operational systems on time, ensuring that all information is collected and visible to all teams across the organisation.

• Creating, storing, and updating digital files.

• Product sample labelling.

• Assuring that all product samples are organised, neat, and in the proper storage location.

• Changing purchase orders and other documents as needed.

• Supporting the Product Manager with QC Inspections to ensure they are completed to specification and on schedule.

• Supporting the Product Manager in keeping track of all orders' tight deadlines.

• Organizing and delivering packages to manufacturers and customers as needed.

• Liaison with factories and consumers to handle any problems or questions.

• Updating and managing spreadsheets in Excel.

• Checking that all costs, quantities, details, and documentation received from clients and manufacturers are in line with the order processing system.

• During busy periods, assisting with the drafting and issuance of business invoices and delivery notes.

• Checking that order documentation is proper and that all departments are current.

• Any ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Head of Supply Chain & MD during peak times.
