This is Europe's largest social commerce agency specializing in China which provides worldwide firms with award-winning China market entrance strategies. The organization is searching for a responsible, experienced, and well-rounded digital marketer who is fluent in Chinese copywriting and has a passion for innovation and development.

Job Requirements:

-A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in mass communication, marketing, finance, or a related field.

-Excellent copywriting abilities and practical grasp of brand identity and tone of voice, as well as hands-on expertise in providing high-quality digital text and assets across Chinese media platforms.

-In-depth knowledge of popular Chinese social media networks and user behavior.

-Analytical and data-driven.

-Good communication abilities in both Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing.

-Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and project management abilities.

-Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.

-Strong work ethic and capacity to produce several projects of high quality when working under duress.

Job Responsibilities:

-Oversee the client's strategic plan, development, and execution in China, including owned, acquired, and sponsored media.

-Coordinate with Seniors to create marketing calendars that not only meet the goals and emphases defined by the overall marketing plan but also capitalise on customer trends and patterns, as well as high traffic occasions.

-Interact with the studio and activation team to develop or improve paid advertising and influencer campaign copy and creative assets for a variety of pre-defined channels, techniques, and target audiences, all in line with campaign goals.

-Ensure that content and design adhere to strict brand rules while being tailored to the Chinese market, customers, and current trends.

-Lead initiatives such as social media monitoring and benchmarking throughout media channels.

-Assist Activation Managers in discovering new possibilities for creative asset optimization across owned, acquired, and sponsored media operations.

-Assess content, text, hashtag, and platform diversity to boost productivity depending on campaign objectives; drive originality and creativity for consumer-focused material.

-Coordinate with Activation Manager to identify important advertising channels and audiences to target, as well as create integrated paid media strategies for the China market based on the client's goals and specific needs.

-Execute sponsored media and ad campaigns across numerous platforms, adhering to media plans and proposals as closely as possible.

-On a regular basis, tweak campaign implementation and run various tests to improve campaign performance.

-Using on-platform and in-house systems and tools, track corporate advertising and marketing campaign performance per KPIs and contribute to internally and externally reporting.

-Record and process data from a variety of sources to find significant areas for development and innovation in paid media solutions for the greater good of the company.

-Improve internal communication and coordination of timely campaign delivery, contributing to the paid media planning and tracking.

-Help Activation Managers with deposit and PO administration, as well as SO/IO/contract management.

-Curate influencer solutions depending on your brand's image and campaign goals.

-Conduct thorough background checks and due diligence on potential influencers.

-Brief influencers on the brand's essence, campaign goals, deliverables, content standards, and dos and don'ts. Oversee influencer campaigns to ensure that they are completed on time and under budget.

-Assist teams in cultivating productive working connections with influencers and partners from a variety of influencer banks.

-Lead on proofreading material and creative ideas offered by influencers and partners.

-Manage all consumer, influencer, and partner-generated earned media assets.

-To guarantee timely execution, simplify operations in terms of financing and contracts.

-To provide engaging and successful campaign results, collaborate with Activation Managers and Sr. Activation Managers on channel campaigns and prizes.

-Respond promptly to on-platform feedback and direct inquiries; support consumers and followers.

-Work with managers, and partners to create trackable assets or tags, as well as contribute to successful campaign success tracking and data.

-Evaluate account performance through frequent account check-ins and data processing, and provide in-campaign and post-campaign analytical reports to the larger team.

-Create and maintain client ad accounts in accordance with platform and local requirements.

-Assist in recognizing and responding to opportunities for customer interaction and conversion across all digital channels for both retention and acquisition.

-Participate in customer and market insights research to guide business strategy and reaction to brief/RFP.

-Contribute to marketing material and information exchange and learning within the agency.
