We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager role in an Advertising Services firm based in London. It is a multi-award-winning cross-cultural marketing and advertising firm that links companies and customers throughout Europe and Asia. It is seeking to hire a Chinese speaker with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to fill this position.

Job Requirements:

-Demonstrated marketing and PR expertise, preferably with over 5 years of experience in account management.

-Outstanding communication abilities.

-Strong cultural and media knowledge of China.

-It is essential to be proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).

-Excellent ability to write a professional press statement and social media articles in both traditional and simplified Chinese.

-Extensive experience with Google Adwords, Tencent Display, and Alimama for biddable monitor activity in several markets.

-Productive outbound business development expertise.

-Interested in learning and displaying a high level of curiosity.

-Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

-Enthusiastic about branding and marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

-Consults with the customer to discuss the product/service to be promoted and determine the best approach for achieving the goals.

-Defines target audience and carries out a strategy through media and communications planning.

-Conceives an advertising plan to effectively and affordably convey the intended product image.

-Examines and revises campaign plan in light of objective KPIs, and, if necessary, takes corrective action.

-Keeps up with developments in the media, reading, and viewership counts, as well as advertising pricing.

-Outlines and executes a conference, exhibition, or seminar execution plan for a customer, encompassing high-level strategic planning as well as comprehensive logistics preparations and execution.

-Creates an opportunity pipeline by identifying critical client leads to contact.

-Engages critical client relationships via a personal network, event, trade association, inbound leads, and strategic outbound interaction.

-Manages and delivers a one-of-a-kind proposal to prospective clients.

-Keeps the company informed about the important market and competition developments.

-Develops and improves new marketing materials and toolkits for businesses.

-Assists the rest of the team with the implementation of marketing campaigns.

-Able to collaborate closely with designers on promotional pieces that require digital graphics and animation.

-Collaborates with the production crew to record and edit video content for promotional campaigns.

-Creates simplified Chinese marketing content and localizes it.
