We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Event Executive role in an Events Services firm based in London. With out-of-the-box concepts, the organization specialised in end-to-end customized commercial events. A competent and skilled Event Management Executive is wanted to join this small team of highly motivated and engaged individuals to execute global executive-level events, both online and physical.

Job Requirements:

-GCSE or an equivalent grade (preferred).

-MS Office software user with proficiency.

-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and swift to learn.

-Fluency in Mandarin and or Cantonese.

- Open to traveling to Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok & several others.

Job Responsibilities:

-From coordinating with venues through speaker recruiting, content research, agenda design, and logistics preparations, conduct business summits (physical and virtual events).

-Conducting the summits onsite.

-Relationship management with customers.

-Overseeing the whole project and collaborating with colleagues from other departments to get the best possible results.
