We have an exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Executive with Design Skills role in a Medical Equipment Manufacturing company based in Surrey. It is the leading seller of electrotherapy pain treatment and muscle rehabilitation systems in Europe. The company is searching for a sales-oriented individual who is enthusiastic and motivated, confident and commercially minded, and who will be responsible for efficiently and successfully managing a variety of online accounts.
 
Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's diploma (preferred).

-1 year of digital marketing experience (preferred).

-1 year of marketing experience (preferred).

-Photoshop experience is required.

-Additional knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or other graphic design software is also advantageous.

-Skills in video recording and editing.

-Excellent font, design, and layout attention to detail.

-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines on time.

-Ability to deal with fast-paced creative requirements.

-Mandarin speaker with strong communication skills in English.

-Able to travel dependably to work or arrange to relocate before starting a job (preferred).

-It's also useful to be able to create a short product video to convey the selling elements.

-Experience and understanding of the Asian e-commerce sector are greatly desired.

 

Job Responsibilities:

-For assigned accounts, monitor live product listings and seller performance; enhance and improve product listings data as needed.

-Maintaining and managing new product uploads on accounts that have been assigned to you.

-Coordinating product advertising and sales; implementing market-specific promotions; and carrying out SEO efforts.

-Inventory management; resolving any issues with stock levels and shipment.

-Monitoring traffic and sales statistics, as well as giving frequent reporting and data analysis on the performance of assigned accounts.

-Managing account customer service and providing help via email and online chat.

-For marketing events, special promotions, and head goods, create and update store banners. Improve and optimise the store's look.

-Design eye-catching primary images and optimise the product description page across all product pages.

-Collaborate with the E-commerce team in Asia and grasp the balance and problem-solving skills needed to develop excellent creative work that also satisfies our goals.

-To build more sales prospects for other clients, network efficiently inside the customer account base.

-Other tasks will include the creation of graphics-based marketing materials to support brand activity on the platform such as sales, promotions, and special events.

-Creating banners and marketing pictures for our Online Stores in Southeast Asian countries, assisting in the creation of product presence and brand image on the platform.

-Keep an eye out for the newest banner design and activities from other shops, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

-Follow company rules and current brand styles whenever possible, but don't be afraid to push the envelope.

-Take suggestions into consideration and make any necessary modifications as soon as possible.

-Design unique drawings, animations, data visualizations, and infographics.
