We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Agent role in a Financial Services company. It is a direct access FX brokerage company that sells powerful yet user-friendly direct access trading technology to institutional investors, professional wealth managers, and internet investors. It is seeking to hire a Customer Support Agent with some fundamental knowledge of FX to deliver excellent customer support.
 

Job Requirements:
-Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written.
-A bachelor's degree is required.
-Excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken.
-Committed to offering customers a memorable experience.
-Basic understanding of the MT4 and cTrader platforms in the forex market.
-Preferable is prior customer support experience in sales, help desks, and/or office settings.
-Salesforce knowledge is a bonus.
-Preferable: 1 year of FX/trading experience.
-1 year of experience in customer relationship management is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
-Provide live chat help for consumers through a ticketing system.
-Identify and resolve issues with digital solutions.
-Recognize problems that need professional help, then escalate them as necessary.
-Provide precise and understandable instructions whenever a user requires written communication.
-Interact with clients to resolve problems with account applications.
