We have an exciting opportunity for a Chinese or English-speaking Performance Marketing Manager role in a London-based Marketing & Advertising company. The company is an award-winning digital creative firm with offices in London and China that focuses on developing global brands.

Job Requirements:

-Excel and mathematics prowess.

-A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is necessary.

-Attention to detail is essential.

-Technical aptitude; familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Ads.

-Understanding Adobe Analytics and Google Data Studio are advantageous.

-Enthusiastic about the new channels, services, and opportunities the digital world has to offer.

-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as organisation, motivation, efficiency, and dependability.

-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Chinese or English).

-The ideal candidate will be capable of setting up campaigns from scratch and have strong data analysis skills.

Job Responsibilities:

-Directly handle the setup, optimization, budgeting, daily operations, and analysis of Paid Search, Paid Display, and Paid Social campaigns for a wide range of customers.

-Collaborating with our SEO specialists, you may help plan, scope, and execute SEO strategies by managing keyword research, meta development, and content strategy, research, and execution.

-Strategy and Execution - Come up with, create, and manage a multi-channel campaign with a performance mentality that satisfies the commercial goals of the customer.

-Participate in client meetings and calls.

-Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports; analyse performance, and include comments on suggestions, etc.

-Expertise in digital marketing channels should be improved, and proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager should be attained.
