We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Director role in a Marketing & Advertising company based in London. This is Europe's largest social commerce agency specialising in China which provides worldwide firms with award-winning China market entrance strategies. The firm is looking for exceptional people to join our creative and accounting departments. The Account Director will oversee a group of Activation Managers and Executives as they build the company's key skills and offer guidance from industry experts.  This role is suitable for someone with extensive expertise in providing marketing services with a China emphasis.
 

Job Requirements:

-At least 5 years experience in a comparable position in a startup or agency, or compelling proof of the aforementioned abilities.

-Exceptional skill with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.

-A solid grasp of P&L and cash flow principles, among other fundamental financial ideas.

-Strong focus on the details and passion for developing scalable methods

-A desire and excitement to take on new responsibilities and initiatives in all sectors of the organisation as they become available.

-The capacity to work a couple of days a week from our London office.

Job Responsibilities:

-Creating attractive and captivating creative campaigns for a variety of clients while giving useful input on content production and campaign efficacy across many different sectors.

-Supervising and coaching a group of motivated employees from our delivery and creative departments, as well as making critical recruits as needed.

-Make sure our customers are the most satisfied in the market by closely collaborating with our client team.

-Monitor project progress proactively to make sure work is done on schedule and under budget.

-Collaborating with our marketing department, attending, and supporting a variety of industry events, and providing the content.

-Promoting excellent work through marketing content, both at the team and individual levels.

-Representing the business at trade shows and in targeted media interviews.

-Reporting on account performance and profitability, along with implementation-ready data to the founder members.
