We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager role in an Advertising Services firm based in London. It is a multi-award-winning cross-cultural marketing and advertising firm that links companies and customers throughout Europe and Asia. It is seeking to hire a Chinese speaker with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to fill this position.

Job Requirements:
-Proven expertise in marketing and public relations, preferably with over 5 years in account management.
-Outstanding communication abilities.
-Strong familiarity with the media environment and Chinese culture.
-Having written and verbal fluency in Chinese and English is essential.
-Strong proficiency in both conventional and simplified Chinese for the creation of press releases and social media material.
-Possesses expertise in the use of Google Adwords, Tencent Display, and Alimama for biddable display activities across multiple markets.
-Proficient in outbound business growth with initiative.
-Demonstrates a high level of curiosity and is eager to learn.
-Show a "can do" mentality and be proactive in looking for solutions.
-Marketing and branding are her passions.

Job Responsibilities:
-Collaborates with the client to discuss the product or service that needs to be advertised and creates the best approach to meet the goals.
-Through effective media and communications planning, the target audience is defined and the strategy is put into practise.
-Creates an advertising plan to efficiently and affordably convey the intended product image.
-Evaluates and amend the campaign plan in light of objective KPIs and, if necessary, implement the necessary corrective actions.
-Keeps up with changes in the media, reading, viewing, and advertising rates.
-For conferences, exhibits, and seminars for clients, creates an event execution plan that includes both high-level strategic planning and precise logistics arrangements and implementation.
-Creates a pipeline of business opportunities by recognising the most important client leads.
-Uses incoming leads, proactive outbound engagement, events, trade associations, and one's network to connect with important client contacts.
-Manage and present a customized proposal to prospective clients.
-Updates the business on the important market and competitive developments.
-Creates and enhances new toolkits and marketing resources for businesses.
-Helps the larger team develop a marketing plan.
-Able to collaborate directly with animators and designers on digital graphics and promotional materials.
-Collaborates closely with the production team to produce and edit videos that are used to promote campaigns and events.
-Produces marketing content in local languages, such as Simplified Chinese, and localizes it.
