We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Manager role in a London-based Financial Services company. It is a rapidly expanding London-based fintech business with over a decade of experience in financial services, wealth management, technology integration, and marketing/user acquisition. They are looking to hire an experienced person to fill this role to contribute to its business growth. 

Job Requirements:

-Undergraduate or graduate students from a prestigious university.

-2 to 5 years of experience working with clients, whether in relationship management or another position.

-Proficient in Chinese and English.

-Self-starter who develops their plan and exercises independence.

-Motivated and independent.

-Great communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Always putting the client's interests first while being kind and patient.

-A dedicated professional who takes their business seriously and is always available for contact by their clients.

-Someone who is accountable and completes their work.

-Comprehend the UK's Chinese ex-pat community.

-Previous experience working with high-net-worth clients is strongly preferred.

-Fundamental knowledge of financial products is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

-Persuade and convert prospective clients to use our services by emphasising the superiority of our products/services over competitors.

-Give clients financial guidance on the best investment options we have available.

-To ensure that clients are not confused, fully explain the onboarding, and KYC/AML procedure to them.

-Throughout, and after any transaction, assist the clients' continuous questions.

-Offer clients client relationship management in line with private banking standards.

-Manage channel partnerships in collaboration with the business development head.

-Develop plans for product upgrades, new licences, and new operational procedures that can enhance client user experiences in collaboration with the product team, branding team, compliance team, and operations department.
