We have an exciting opportunity for an International Marketing and Sales Manager role in a Beijing headquartered Technology, Information, and Internet company. The company collaborates with major brands in sectors such as luxury, travel, FMCG, automobile, IT, finance, e-commerce, and gaming to enhance brand awareness and boost operational efficiency, and it aspires to be China's dominant digital marketing platform by leveraging cutting-edge big data and a.i. technologies. The International Marketing and Sales Manager will help bolster the company's brand recognition and demand, and will generate a consistent flow of leads, as well as provide an excellent brand experience throughout all promotions (digital and offline); all marketing activity will be underpinned by demonstrable ROI driven measurement.
 

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or higher from a three-year college or university.
-English competency at the native level and Chinese language proficiency.
-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and efficient worker.
-Meticulous, patient, approachable, and has a strong sense of client service.
-Good communication skills and teamwork; ability to manage departmental support and resources.
-A track record of success in multi-channel marketing in the media, advertising, or ad tech sectors.
-Adtech and programmatic advertising are areas in which you should be well-versed.
-Experience with integrated marketing and shown ability to execute marketing plans and timelines across all platforms (including PR, Events, Direct Mail, Email, Social, Digital, Content, Awards, etc.)
-An innovative problem solver who is capable of bringing new approaches and solutions to the table.
-Extensive knowledge of marketing platforms and tools such as automation software, social media monitoring tools, CRMs, project management systems, and so on.
-Strong copywriting abilities, as well as the capacity to persuade and influence.
-Capability across several social media networks.

Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and oversee full-funnel multi-channel advertising campaigns that span brand recognition, new product launches, regional campaigns, and event preparation.
-Plan and execute complete lead-generating campaigns.
-Collaborate with in-house creative and insight teams to develop and generate eye-catching marketing assets.
-Administration of events, such as trade shows and gatherings.
-Identify, prepare, and manage winning award submissions.
-Assist with brand and product narrative.
-Obtain media coverage.
-Assistance with product messaging and positioning.
-Case study development and management.
-Planning and managing communications as well as managing the marketing activity schedule.
-Monitoring, campaign evaluation, and data-driven findings.
-Collaborate collaboratively with global cross-functional teams to develop the most successful marketing messaging, value propositions, materials, channels, and call-to-actions.
-Managing all levels of stakeholder relationships.
