We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager role at a Real Estate agency based in Cheshire. The agency brings together the UK's largest and most active property audience as well as the largest collection of properties in one destination. They have an urgent need for an HR Manager who speaks Chinese or Mandarin and has more than 5 years of managerial experience in the UK. They will also take into consideration candidates who have at least 3 years of managerial experience in the UK. 
 

Job Requirements:

-Have more than 5 years of experience in the UK.

-A candidate with 3 years or more of HR managerial experience in the UK may be considered.

-Someone with at least 5 years of expertise in HR and administration in the UK and China.

-It is also necessary to be fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

-Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

-Microsoft Office suite proficiency.

-Have a solid understanding of UK labour legislation.

-Professional experience in budgeting, hiring, and ER is required.

-A degree in HR or a relevant discipline is preferred.
 

Job Responsibilities:

-Control and supervise HR and administrative budget management.

-Payroll and management of company/remuneration perks

-Supervising, developing, and revising human resources policies and practises, including the annual review.

-Supervise the employment of new employees.

-Collaborate closely with line managers and senior professionals to assist them.

-Supervise, develop performance plans, and track, and evaluate staff performance.

-Produce operational and HR reports regularly.
