We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager role in a real estate agency. It is a rapidly expanding real estate and investment firm that specialises in HMOs, planning benefits, conversions, refurbishment projects, and direct-to-vendor operations. To support the company's rapid expansion, an experienced development manager is needed to oversee construction activities.
 

Job Requirements:

-Mandarin and English are both fluent.

-Have prior property development management experience.

-With experience in the relevant technical fields, such as architects, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, and interior designers.

-Experience managing projects and stakeholders.

-Resides about an hour's drive from Wimbledon, London (As most of the projects are in this area).

-Capable of driving.

-Reliable and diligent.

Job Responsibilities:

-Supervise and manage tradespeople and contractors.

-Liaise with a variety of consultants, such as structural engineers, development control, architects, SAP engineers, and acoustic engineers, among others.

-Material sourcing and acquisition.

-Maintain and track the project's schedule and budget.
