We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time IT and Systems Manager role in a global Marketing and Advertising company. The firm is a marketing and advertising agency that provides a wide range of marketing and advertising services such as Digital Media, Programmatic Media Solutions, Digital & Interactive Creative, Mobile Marketing Services, and many more.  They are looking for a Mandarin-speaking tech all-rounder to develop and manage IT and systems across their European offices. To manage multiple objectives in a fast-paced startup environment, the applicant must have excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude. This is a part-time role (4 hours a day).

Job Requirements:

-Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
-Utilizing Microsoft OS and macOS with excellent proficiency and demonstrated experience.
-Knowledge of Google Workspace, WordPress, Adobe, and Zoom, as well as Chinese online platforms (Feishu / Lark, HelloFont, VooV, Alipay, Baidu Pan, WeChat, and so on).
-Ability to priorities tasks and carry them out effectively in a time-constrained situation.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

-Accountable for maintaining and supporting systems and infrastructure for software across Europe.
-Specifying software, hardware, and network needs.
-Taking charge of troubleshooting and achieving higher, on-time results.
-Managing expectations through effective team communication.
-Advising senior management on action plans and future growth prospects.
