We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist role in a global Retail company. It is one of the world's largest cashback sites, assisting millions of its members save money when they shop. This role will assist with Chinese-speaking marketing and communication activities, which focus on influencer marketing and public relations campaigns. The person will manage influencer marketing and social media communication at the executive level.

Job Requirements:

Understanding of social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Little Red Book, Bilibili, and live streaming for both content and creators.

Extensive experience in the US market e-commerce (1-year minimum).

At least 3 years experience in influencer marketing, PR, and affiliate marketing, preferably in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or travel industries.

Strong knowledge of Chinese-speaking communities in North America's purchasing patterns.

Keep up with social media trends, and respond to them swiftly across all communication channels.

Knowledge of influencer/publisher sell-ins and the capacity to align content with brand needs.

Analytical abilities, including the ability to dissect results and suggest strategy improvements

Detail-orientedness and the ability to prioritize tasks

Native Mandarin speaker, fluent English writer, and speaker

Slides and presentation abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain constant awareness of Chinese-speaking consumer behaviors, news, and trends in the United States and around the world.

Identify, create, and maintain a list of influencer contacts on various social networking platforms.

Drive the influencer onboarding process while working with international collaborators and merchants to ensure that influencers are screened per brand standards.

Motivate others and produce content with media and influencers to meet business goals

Keep track of media coverage and influencers, and gather data each month for reporting

Utilise social media channels to market goods, services, and original content in a manner consistent with the company brand and social media strategy.

Make suggestions for marketing communication campaigns.

Assist in the negotiation of campaign scripts and budgets.

General administration, research, and other ad hoc duties.
