Job Requirements:

Sales experience, preferably with a luxury brand.

Background in a customer service role involving face-to-face customer contact.

Adaptability in a situation of constant change and high pressure.

Capability to initiate contact and communication.

Motivated by the prospect of being an excellent coworker with a common objective.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Excellent client service skills and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent service by remaining dedicated to service values and norms.

Knowing and exceeding daily, monthly, and annual sales targets, as well as those of the store.

Demonstrate expertise and comprehension of various sales techniques, such as cross-selling, to drive sales and KPIs.

Maintain a working knowledge of current products, trends, and collections while keeping clients informed and aware.

Resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company by handling customer complaints, seeking assistance as needed, and ensuring that problems are resolved.

Score at least 85% on any mystery-shop reports in which you serve as the main salesperson.

Recognize all policies, practices, and compliance.

Guarantee that all relevant processes and guidelines are understood and followed to carry out work in accordance with those standards.

Presentation must adhere to the company's uniform and grooming requirements.

Recognize and consistently comply with PCI compliance rules.

Obey the laws governing safety and security.

Replenish inventory and uphold strict standards for goods and product presentation.

Maintain the designated "area of pride".

Assist the store with cycle counts and biannual inventories.

Assisting with the proper processing of shipments and transfers.

Ad hoc tasks that fall under the Sales Consultant role's established levels of responsibility and accountability.
