We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Solicitor/Experienced Conveyancer role in a London-based Legal Services firm. The firm offers client-focused specialty legal services that are specifically personalized. The firm is searching for a Property Solicitor/Experienced Conveyancer who can contribute to the firm's expanding success.

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement.

Outstanding proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages is required. 

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred not required.

A minimum of two years of experience in managing commercial and residential property transfer cases.

Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under a substantial workload and meet strict deadlines.

Must have a Track record of successfully handling a significant number of cases.

Strong focus on detail and excellent personal organizational abilities.

Adept at working under pressure and achieving set targets.

Independent handling caseload.

Delivering top-notch legal services to all clients.

Conducting client meetings, offering practical guidance, and following client instructions.

Providing legal advice to clients concerning the relevant laws and issues in their cases.

Overseeing and assessing the work of junior paralegals, trainees, and legal assistants.

Composing all property-related legal documents, correspondence, and contracts customized to meet clients' requirements. 

Staying updated with evolving legal regulations and developments.
