We have an exciting opportunity for a Visa Service Manager role in a Manchester-based Education Administration Programs company. The Visa Service Manager will be tasked with autonomously guiding and overseeing the visa team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, all while personally providing top-tier visa services that align with OISC standards. The manager will be actively working towards sustaining an exceptional level of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

 Possession of a degree or an equivalent level of qualification

OISC Level 1 certification

Aspirations to attain OISC Level 2 certification

3-4 years of experience in visa consultation following the completion of OISC Level 1

3-4 years of expertise in processing student visa applications for the UK, Australia, and Ireland

Proficiency in managing OISC inspections and the renewal procedure

Extensive background in handling various visa categories, notably UK student visas

Comprehensive understanding of the structure and policies of Higher Education in the UK

Demonstrated experience in leading a team to achieve sales targets autonomously

Relevant experience in coordinating promotional activities

Established expertise in B2B sales

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Adept at managing a heavy workload with frequent conflicting priorities, showcasing strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

Proficient in effective communication with team members and other departments to resolve intricate situations

Skilled in people management, including goal-setting and providing constructive feedback

Highly motivated, with a drive for success and target achievement, and proactive in addressing issues within their scope of responsibility

Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills for operational performance

Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service and communication, ideally with a track record

Ability to exhibit initiative in the development and enhancement of services

Meticulous attention to detail

Diligent, responsible, and approachable

Possesses a collaborative spirit and displays significant potential for growth

Competent in independently leading a team to meet assigned targets

Job Responsibilities:

Provide visa services and guidance to clients 

Offering assistance in determining client's visa requirements, reviewing and verifying application documents, and completing visa forms.

Ensure the team maintains a high level of client satisfaction.

Regularly update the company website and promptly inform the marketing departments of any changes in immigration policies related to students.

Coordinate with OISC regarding all visa cases under your administration and associated matters.

Keep the SOPs and client information packs up-to-date with the latest immigration policies.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Led the team in adhering to OISC regulations and successfully passing OISC inspections and mock audits.

Ensure that all operational procedures conform to OISC standards and regulations.

Independently create and lead the team in executing the annual operational plan aligned with organizational goals.

Recruit and develop a highly effective team by establishing clear objectives, following operational procedures and organizational policies, providing continuous feedback and regular performance evaluations, and fostering a strong organizational culture.

Develop and implement annual sales plans, identifying growth opportunities.

Explore and diversify visa service categories, including engagement with B2B clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to organize marketing campaigns, expand B2C sales channels for paid services, and achieve growth targets.
