We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager for an RMB Settlement Expert and one of the first FinTechs in Europe. They are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to pertinent regulations and laws. 

 Job Requirements:

3 years of Experience with an extensive understanding of financial regulations and statutes such as AML/CFT, PSD2, MiFID II, EMIR, and GDPR.

We have demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing compliance protocols and processes.

Proficient in conducting internal audits and overseeing regulatory reporting.

Effective communication skills with senior management and regulatory entities.

Robust analytical abilities coupled with a keen attention to detail.

Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field; a master’s degree in law or finance is advantageous.

Consideration of professional certification in compliance, such as CAMS or CFE, is a 
positive attribute.

Three years of experience in the payments services and electronic money sector, specializing in roles related to Compliance, Transactions Monitoring, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

Proficiency in English, Chinese, and French (minimum B1 level).

Capability to work within the European Union and the United Kingdom, as positions are sought for both our UK and French offices.

Job Responsibilities :

It ensures the company's adherence to pertinent regulations and laws. Formulation and implementation of compliance policies.

Execution of internal audits.

Oversight of regulatory reporting.

Guiding senior management regarding compliance risks and requirements.
