We have an exciting opportunity for a Chinese-speaking Real Estate Paralegal post in a London-based legal services firm. The firm, which has its headquarters in the City of London, is a prominent full-service international legal practice that advises businesses and people across the UK and around the world. The firm is currently looking for a Chinese-speaking Real Estate paralegal having a background in law and education, and strong organizational and communication abilities.

Job Requirements:

A candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.

Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience in real estate legal matters and familiarity with associated procedures is necessary.

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both languages, is required.

The candidate should excel in multitasking within a fast-paced environment, maintaining precision and attention to detail.

Outstanding organizational, time-management, and analytical skills are essential.

The candidate should exhibit initiative, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software is expected.

Strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage client relationships effectively, are also important attributes for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Supporting our legal team in various aspects of real estate transactions and refinancing activities within the firm.

The duties will encompass conducting research, drafting various documents and agreements, overseeing document management, and facilitating communication with clients.

Additionally, offering assistance in other areas within the Real Estate team as required.

Working closely with both senior staff members and clients directly.
