We have an exciting opportunity for a Skincare Specialist for a London-based Luxury Skincare Brand. The Skincare Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Free Standing Store by driving sales of treatments and products.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification in Beauty Therapy to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).

A CIDESCO certificate is highly desirable.

A good level of education comparable to UK/European standards.

Experience in a similar retail or store role within the industry.

Demonstrated successful sales record.

Practical experience in performing treatments.

Prior experience with a professional brand.
 

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively and enthusiastically drive sales, ensuring both personal and counter targets are met while striving to exceed set goals.

Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients about the product and treatment range.

Participate fully in promotional and PR activities to ensure the success of promotions and events.

Assist the Account Management Team in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels.

Carry out treatments punctually and to a consistently high standard, in accordance with the client's requirements and the training received, aiming for repeat bookings (therapists only).

Ensure prescribed products and treatments are appropriate for clients' needs, considering any medical contraindications.

Maintain the Elemis counter, site, and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Provide exceptional customer service, promptly handling any client complaints, and consulting the Account Management Team in all cases.

Keep all client details strictly confidential, ensuring information is securely stored and never discussed with inappropriate parties, both inside and outside the Company.
