Large international bank seeks experienced individual to join London based team in the role of Mandarin Speaking Client Service Associate. Great opportunity for individual looking for a role involving payments and cash management within a growing area of the bank.
Key responsibilities include:
Internal/external communication with regional/global stakeholders including sales teams and large corporate clients
Managing client risk and issues through dedicated Client Service
Managing key client relationships to deliver against client promises
Acting as escalation point for resolving Client Service issues and challenges
Recognising areas that require service improvement and introducing measures to enhance client experience
Engaging with clients both via telephone and face to face
Key requirements include:
Fluent/Native Mandarin language skills
Good knowledge of Payments and Cash Management
Experience working in relevant markets e.g. Corporate/Commercial Banking
Experience of creating and introducing comprehensive operating plans which deliver desired results
A track record of successfully managing projects which have met or exceeded their objectives
Ability to confidently and professionally interact with corporate clients
The successful incumbent will have experience working with payments or cash management in a client services or client facing role. You need to be a positive and hardworking individual with engaging and confident communication skills. Unfortunately, there is not the option of Visa sponsorship for this role.
