Outside The Box Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Consultant with over 1 yrs+ experience selling luxury designer ladies footwear.

Our client is a well-known Global Luxury Designer Brand with more than ten years history in Luxury Ladies Footwear and their reputation is highly respected. Their designs appeal from the edgy on trend to elegant sophisticated shopper.

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager

Delivering exceptional clientelling and styling services,

Excellent selling skills efficient at closing the sales

Attention to detail with store and personal presentation

Follow through on all sales

Effective at using a CRM system

Embody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA

Maintain store standards that reflect and adhere to the visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand image at all times

Effective team member

Ideal Candidate:

1yrs + as a Senior Sales Consultant within luxury ladies designer footwear OR fashion,

Ideally have your own client book

Passionate about fashion and shoes

Able to demonstrate success at selling to a discerning clientele.

Willing to attend networking  / events to increase client portfolio

Able to build external relationships B2B & B2C

Articulate with an excellent command of English both written and spoken. Mandarin/Cantonese language essential. Any other languages would be an advantage.

Must be smart and well presented in appearance.

Sales driven and determined to succeed

Confident with a positive can do attitude - able to build positive relationships with clients and working colleagues.

Additional to the basic salary is: Commission, Bonus, Clothing Allowance, Discount etc......
