Job Title: Property Administrator
Job Purpose / Summary:
Elaine Investment Management Ltd is a private investment company specialised in real estate and property development. We manage several properties here in the UK ranging from residential properties, commercial properties and office buildings and have recently acquired an old hotel building in central London with plans to develop it into a residential apartment.
The Property Administrator will be someone with extensive knowledge and experience within relevant property development, working with the wide array of the properties that we currently have, this position is a key member to our property management and is responsible for co-ordinating the administration of building repair and maintenance work and assisting with the development of a comprehensive record and systems database within our company.
Remuneration:
£20,000 - 25,000 p.a. depends on experience/qualifications.
Working Location
Office Based at 2 Windmill Street, London, W1T 2HX, (West end)
Working Hours
Full time - 40 hours a week
Personal Requirements
Basic knowledge of property development industry required, prefer 2 to 3 years of working experience in the filed;
Excellent communications, diplomatic and organizational skills
The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels.
Highly organized with ability to handle a number of different issues at one time and carry out tasks to a successful conclusion.
Team player / happy to help with all aspects of the business as and when required.
Accurate computer skills and experience using property software; Typing speed should be at least from 40 wpm.
Be resilient, able to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines.
Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (not essential)
Key responsibilities:
Management of properties in coordination with the Director;
Producing tenancy extensions and managing renewals and associated negotiations with all parties; Researching and contacting new properties;
Daily liaison with tenants, contractors etc; dealing enquires and updates;
Attend and book viewings. Maintain highest level of customer service and care;
As Property Administrator you will be providing property management advice within area of expertise to existing and potential clients;
Confidently and effectively deal with all escalated tenants enquiries to completion;
Qualify maintenance enquiries and arrange/manage contractor based repairs;
Ability of handling multitasks when required;
Comfortable working with a team;
Ability to process and handle paper work when required;
Any other duties to support the team.
Ideal candidate
Have 1-2 years commercial experience (sales, property, lettings)
Excellent customer services as well as communication skills.
Have a property qualification awarded by NFoPP.
