Summary:

We are looking for a responsible fast-learner who will start from a Business Assistant role with a training scheme to business development. The business assistant will mainly be assigned to complete administration and customer service tasks, including bookkeeping, providing feedback to customers at a regular basis and assisting marketing and business development department. The candidate will be provided promotion to business development role after proven good work performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Answering inbound calls and dealing with queries in English;
- Undertake administrative tasks, such as photocopying, fax transmissions, processing mail, maintaining filing systems, archives and resource libraries and updating information;
- Data input, like invoice ;
- Manage the Booking Email Account and Communication with clients ;
- Assist Account department;
- Bookkeeping including invoice issuing and bill entry (using accounting system, training will be provided);
- Update payments and accounts ;
- Over the phone online booking support to customers ;
- Renaming and scanning .

Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communication with a self-assured personality, good English language skill is essential;
- Good telephone and email manner to show professional attitude;
- A passion to deliver first-class customer service and work under pressure;
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel;
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) preferred;
- Have an outwardly positive and passionate demeanour;
- A great eye for detail and excellent organisational skills;
- A helpful and willing attitude with a determination to succeed and excel.

Wage:£8/h for the first month and then £9/h afterwards

Location: Central Birmingham
