Company Overview
We are a vibrant company, specialising in immigration advice. We are currently looking for someone to join our London team to undertake case work. We specialise in UK and European Union immigration including Study, Work & Family visas, British, Italian and Portuguese citizenship, Removal, Deportation, Appeals, Representation at tribunals, etc.
Responsibilities:
Undertake initial consultation
Provide correct advice to clients
Deal with all types of visa categories
Advise, assess and collect and record relevant documents for migration process
Submit applications to Home Office or other authorities
Stay up-to-date with the latest relevant legislation
Undertake appeal work and representation at the IAC
Comply and deliver within set deadlines
Adhere to company processes and policies at all times
Requirements:
OISC level 2 accredited
2 years of Immigration experience
Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
Deliver the highest level of service to all clients
Ability to work unsupervised
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Multilingual applicant preferred, English and Chinese
Good legal writing and drafting skills
IT and Microsoft Office literate
Remain efficient and productive under pressure
