We are looking for someone working closely with the director on this role and adapt to the fast paced and dynamic environment, who has excellent marketing sense and sales record in luxury beauty industry.
Major duties to drive sales such as:

• Analyse market and propose sales strategies
• Drive sales and meet sales target
• Promotion/marketing campaign set up
• Offline promotion event set up
• Demonstrate product knowledge
• Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
• Discovers how to market products to new users
• Operations with connected retailers and regional sales representatives
• Other daily operations
• Main focused market: Chinese groups in UK & China

Skills:
• Great Written and Verbal Communication Skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Great sales skills and ideas
• Great connections and channel development skills
• Familiar with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Wechat platform etc.
