FULL OR PART TIME

We are looking for a Full Time/Part Time Mandarin speaking sales associate to work at our Soho store in Berwick Street.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Helping to maintain the presentation of the store
Greeting and meeting customers to the store
Introducing the brand to our customers
Advising customers on the product options available
Gift wrapping or packaging the product for the customer
Engaging customers with information about the brand and our social media
Assisting with stock room duties
Above all- being an ambassador for the brand to present and promote our products.
Profile
Our store provides customers with a very high level of customer service. Staff receive ongoing product and customer service training to ensure that we provide a good brand experience to our international client base.

All candidates are expected to have at least two years experience in retail fashion and a genuine desire to provide good service levels to the customer.

Being a sales associate at the Underground store you will have more responsibilities than you might find at other stores. Of course you will need to provide the customers with a high level of customer service, advise on the suitability of product and explain our brand story. You will also be taking care of stock intakes and making sure the stock is brought through to display and available for our customers

We encourage a high level of engagement with our customers and you will be responsible for encouraging them to follow our social media, join our mailing list or attend events.

But more than that, you will be working with our marketing team to help produce and present some of the social media content, you will be taking care of some of the musicians and artists that are our customers, greeting bloggers or journalists who call by our store, helping to arrange the frequent window installations and features and joining other teams in the business on various projects.
Being a member of the store team you will be one of the most prominent faces of the brand .It might not be quite the role you expect for a store sales staff but this is Underground and we encourage all of our team to get involved.
