Line Manager: UKEC Marketing Manager

Salary: £7.70 per hour if under 25 and £8.21 per hour if over 25

Overall Purpose of the Job:

The UKEC Marketing Manager Assistant is to provide all-round support to the Marketing Manager, to contribute to raise the profile and create brand awareness of UKEC by designing and implementing various marketing strategies.

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

Assist with developing brand awareness and promoting corporate identity

Assist with researching and analysing market trends by conducting customer research, market/industry research, media research, etc.

Assist with identifying key target markets and how best to reach them.

Assist with updating website content, increasing website traffic, ranking & subscriptions (including SEO ranking).

Involve in organising the production of marketing materials.

Involve in promoting business through social media channels.

Involve in implementing marketing campaigns run to deadlines.

Support all marketing activities of departments in UKEC to achieve marketing targets.

Collect photos & videos of UKEC events at both office and company level to be published on the UKEC website & social media accounts. 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

Experiences in copywriting or proofreading in Mandarin.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English (verbal & written).

Advanced user of Microsoft Office suites.

Have good organizational skills, be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Exceptional communication skills.

Be creative and self-motivated.

Have strong analytical skills and logical mind.

Great passion in marketing.

Strong video shooting & editing experience.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences:

Working experience in marketing or digital marketing.

Experience in Adobe suites.

Knowledge of UK Higher Education recruitment.

Have or be working towards a relevant degree would be desirable
