Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00-17:30)
Location: Manchester
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
Probation Length: 6 months
Annual Holiday: 20 days plus 8 public holidays
Overall Purpose of the Job:
The UKEC Marketing Manager Assistant is to provide all-round support to the Marketing Manager, to contribute to raise the profile and create brand awareness of UKEC by designing and implementing various marketing strategies.
The key tasks include but are not limited to:
· Coordinate marketing requests from different departments.
· Drafting and update website content, increasing website traffic, ranking & subscriptions (including SEO ranking).
· Generate campaign and web performance reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and SEO/SEM initiatives.
· Deliver a rigorous digital marketing strategy including (but not limited to) any relevant social media channels to expand the company’s online community and promote brand awareness.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities in relation to performance statistics.
· Assisting with developing brand awareness and promoting corporate identity
· Researching and analysing market trends by conducting customer research, market/industry research, media research, etc.
· Develop and execute advertising campaigns for promotions such as promotional offers, recruitment events and education fairs.
· Implementing marketing campaigns to deadlines.
· Support all marketing activities of departments in UKEC to achieve marketing targets.
· Collect photos & videos of UKEC events at both office and company level to be published on the UKEC website & social media accounts.
· From time-to-time undertake other relevant tasks as requested by the line manager or the company.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
· Professional skills in designing & Editing software (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Adobe Premiere)
· Excellent communication skill, written and verbal in both Mandarin and English
· Attention to detail
· Able to make fair and neutral judgement.
· Responsible and willing to learn
· Self-motivated
