Job Description

Huobi is one of the top crypto exchanges in the world by trading volume. It provides professional crypto exchange, derivative market, lending, OTC trading and other financial service to the crypto industry.

We are looking for an exchange support specialist intern to join our Huobi Institutional Support team in UK. The Huobi Institutional Support team is responsible for supporting all institutional business clients in Europe, America, and Africa areas. Your will be working with industrial experts with financial and cryptocurrency background. This is a good opportunity to enter the crypto trading industry.

Job Duties

· Support product issues of all Huobi’s institutional clients. Supported products are mainly Huobi’s spot crypto exchange, futures exchange, OTC trading desk, and OTC loan business.

· Build system monitoring tools to evaluate the status of various trading products

· Analyse client’s requirement and create business requirement to improve existed products

· Help institutional team to better decide the product strategy

· Facilitate communication among different departments

Requirements

· Familiar with programming. Have done coding project beyond school project

· Understand and used HTTP API (RPC or REST) before. Previous API-related coding practice is highly desired

· Proficient Mandarin in speaking and writing

· Understand the basic of trading and financial market, previous experience working in financial market or personal trading is highly desired

· Has a passion for cryptocurrency trading

· Strong problem solving and work under pressure capability

· Good communication and time management skills
