We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor role with a London-based law firm. The firm is a well-known London law firm with a strong global presence that provide a full range of expert legal services to commercial and private clients through specialized departments. 
The company is now seeking a diligent, competent, self-motivated, and experienced lawyer to join their busy property department, which focuses on commercial property work with occasional residential work. The chosen applicant will have outstanding technical expertise, a strong interest in and shown competence in business growth, and a proactive attitude to risk management. They will want to advance and flourish within the department. Opportunities for advancement are available to the appropriate individual.

Job Requirements:

•    Extensive experience in:
      o    Managing all aspects of commercial real estate
      o    Acting on behalf of borrowers in refinancing
      o    Granting and obtaining leases on behalf of landlords and tenants
      o    Acting on behalf of lenders and bridging experience

•    2/3 years PQE is a must
•    Outstanding technical knowledge.
•    Business development piqued your interest.
•    Functioning experience in a fast-paced organisation, as well as working as part of a team, is required.
•    Be able to exhibit self-assurance and motivation.
•    It is critical to pay close attention to detail.
•    Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

•    Contract drafting and amendment.
•    Client representation in court.
•    Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients.
•    Examining and supervising commercial mergers.
•    Creating numerous legal papers.
•    Assisting clients with the lawsuit process.
•    Creating commercial reports.
•    Anticipating legal issues for clients.
