We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor -Residential and Commercial Property role in a Law Practice firm based in London. The firm is a boutique London law practice with a worldwide reach that has helped hundreds of international investors do business effectively in the UK. It is looking for an enterprising and creative person with 3 - 5 years of PQE.

Job Requirements:

• A 2:1 degree in law or an equivalent, as well as a postgraduate legal degree from a renowned university, is required.

• A minimum of 3 - 5 years PQE is required.

• Fluency in English, as well as solid drawing and communication abilities, are required.

• Prior experience in a comparable capacity, as well as knowledge of new build residential homes and HNW clientele, would be desirable.

• Capability to operate both as a team member and independently.

• Commercial acumen and a keen eye for detail.

• Proven billing records and the capacity to reach billing objectives.

• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to prioritise are required.

• Demonstrated numerical and technical abilities.

• International experience and/or proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese are preferred.

• Knowledge of the case management system LEAP would be advantageous.

• Adjustment, flexibility, and cross-cultural knowledge are required.

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide clients with professional, practical legal advice and solutions.

• Support on commercial and residential property activities, such as acquisition, sales, and acquisitions, lease assignments, financing, acting for lenders, landlord and tenant issues, rental reviews and refinancing, and new property developments.

• Guiding high-net-worth individuals and companies in the UK and throughout the world.

• Business growth (both locally and abroad) and customer relationship management.
