We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive role in a cross-cultural marketing firm composed of multi-cultural marketing strategists, marketing experts, content producers, and PR experts that connects brands and customers in Europe and Asia. An experienced person with a keen interest in Asian culture is sought for this position.

Job Requirements:
-With ideally 2-3 years' worth of expertise; local UK experience is desirable.
-Although fluency in Chinese is not required, candidates should have an interest in Asian cultures.
-Outstanding communication abilities.
-Strong familiarity with Chinese media and culture.
-It is essential to be literate in both written and spoken Simplified Chinese and English.
-Strong proficiency in both traditional and simplified Chinese for the creation of press releases and social media material.
-Possesses expertise in the use of Google Adwords, Tencent Display, and Alimama for biddable display activities across multiple markets.
-Proficient in outbound business growth with initiative.
-Demonstrates a high level of curiosity and is eager to learn.
-Show a "can do" mentality and be proactive in looking for solutions.
-Marketing and branding are her passions.

Job Responsibilities:
-Collaborates with the client to discuss the product or service that needs to be advertised and creates the best approach to meet the goals.
-Establishes target audience and carries out a strategy through effective media planning.
-Creates an advertising plan to efficiently and affordably convey the intended product image.
-The campaign strategy is evaluated, revised, and, if necessary, corrected in light of sales data, polls, etc.
-Keeps up with changes in the media, reading, viewing, and advertising rates.
-Oversees the planning of seminars, exhibitions, and conferences for clients.
-Builds an opportunity pipeline by identifying the important client leads to contact.
-Finds and contacts prospective customers to market and sell Comms8 integrated Chinese marketing solutions.
-Utilizes inbound leads, proactive outbound engagement, and personal network to interact with key client connections at events, through trade associations, and otherwise.
-Oversees and completes a customized proposal for a prospective client in China and Europe.
-Keeps track of talks and updates the MD on the status of new business development every week.
-Updates the firm on important market and competitive developments
-Creates and enhances new toolkits and marketing resources for businesses.
-Participates in roadshows and events to progress to the company.
-Helps the larger team develop a marketing plan.
-Creates animation and digital graphics for promotional materials.
-Creates and edits promotional videos for events and campaigns.
-Writes marketing content locally, in languages including Simplified Chinese.
