We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal - APAC Real Estate Team role in a renowned UK law practise with a worldwide clientele, decades of experience, a seasoned viewpoint, and expertise in finding innovative legal solutions. Ideal candidates will have prior property experience in a legal setting.

Job Requirements:
-Ideally, possess prior property-related experience in a legal setting.
-The ability to exercise initiative is required.
-Savvy about business and possessing excellent interpersonal abilities.
-Flexibility and a team approach are also essential.
-Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking individuals are preferred.
-Must feel at ease working in a demanding team.
-Proactive, dependable, trustworthy, self-assured, and adaptable.

Job Responsibilities:
-File opening.
-Compliance with AML.
-Completing and post-completion chores for administrative exchange requirements.
-Creating bills and financial statements.
-Submitting the SDLT and AP1 forms.
-Archiving.
-Responsibilities related to general administration and system updates both internally and externally.
-Touch with clients under supervision.
