We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager role in a Retail company based in the UK. The fast-expanding business has been supplying the U.K. with popular Taiwanese bubble teas. A seasoned warehouse manager has a great opportunity to join this reputable business. The warehouse manager will be responsible for upholding safety standards to make sure that goods are shipped out and delivered quickly and safely. The warehouse manager is the primary point of contact for a crucial step in the supply chain process.

Job Requirements:

-Strong organisational and leadership abilities; adept at scheduling daily activities and time to fulfil demands of the business.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

-Able to work legally in the UK.

-An active individual with a "can do" attitude.

-Solid decision-making abilities.

-Strong problem-solving abilities.

-Being at ease giving and receiving comments frequently.

-Attendance and timeliness on a regular and continuous basis.

-The capacity to carry out and implement reform efforts.

-Proficiency with computers.

-Good working knowledge of warehouse management software, Microsoft, Google Drive, and Zoom.

-Experience working at a warehouse that is documented.

-Managerial expertise and familiarity with typical warehousing procedures.

-A basic training certificate for lift trucks.

-Thorough understanding of warehousing practises and regulations.

-Knowledge of basic mathematics.

-If needed, willing to work additional hours.

-Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese.

-Warehouse experience, including managing warehouse staff, operations, and a warehouse management system.

Job Responsibilities:

-Keeping the warehouse under control and following corporate policies.

-Adhering to the mission and values of the company.

-Overseeing fundamental tasks including product upkeep, distribution, and warehousing.

-Maximising the usage of the warehouse's area.

-Enforces stringent security protocols and processes, protecting warehouse operations.

-Create, plan, and implement the best operational policies and processes.

-Maintain high standards for cleanliness, security, and health.

-Govern the organisation of the warehouse's inventory.

-Communications with suppliers, transport firms, and shop managers.

-Manage the warehouse staff, give roles, and organise notes.

-Obtain suggestions and keep an eye on the services' level of excellence.
