We have an exciting opportunity for an International Account Manager - Asia in a prosperous, family-run British company based in Hampshire. It manufactures the most trusted and recommended variety of friendly bacteria supplements in the UK and Ireland. In order to support their mission of assisting people in feeling their best and bringing one of the most fascinating fields of contemporary science to the general public around the world, they are seeking an ambitious international account manager with experience in Asia.
Job Requirements:
-International experience and perspective are required. We require someone with strong cultural empathy and adaptability to different business practises.
-3+ years of experience managing distributor accounts.
-Proven track record of profitable sales and business growth.
-Strong business sense. capable of tracking performance and working with numbers comfortably to evaluate effectiveness across all activities.
-A strong ability to communicate in both written and spoken form, and the capacity to be understood.
-MS Office advanced capabilities
-A convincing collaborator capable of managing internal and external stakeholders and confidently prioritizing.
-Someone who is eager to get started on the 'doing' and quickly power through activation tasks while also managing the role's larger picture planning.
-Skillful and assured in negotiations.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Experienced organizer of potential brand alliances and collaborations.
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide short-term sales and profit goals, as well as long-term sustainable growth.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for current partners, distributors, Daigou, KOLs, and KOCs, acting as both a business leader and a brand ambassador.
-Commercial responsibility covers all facets of management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, sales, and profitability.
Incorporate goals for sales, distribution, and support into annual business plans.
-Plan to coordinate with numerous regional partners.
-Maintain regular review meetings to make sure the annual plans are on course and to update or modify as necessary to ensure key objectives are met.
-Manage, expand, and grow the product line distributed through routine range reviews, and market through research and understanding.
-Share best practices for growing retail and online sales, such as marketing materials and POS, a product training programme, and social media activity.
-Conduct market visits as agreed upon with the distributor and senior commercial manager.
-Recognize and share key regional trends.
-Assist in the management of the process from initial contact to distribution agreement and product registration, ensuring accurate contact and development records are kept.
-Maintain communication with the export administrator to log and track new
distribution inquiries.
