We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Manager role in a Real Estate company based in London. They are seeking a passionate and affable Senior Property Manager who is patient, has a positive outlook, a warm and professional telephone manner, and the necessary customer service skills to help the Property Management department and the Lettings team grow.

Job Requirements:

-Detail oriented.
-Willing to work with others on a team.
-Having a professional, kind, and patient attitude.
-Knowledge of how to use a Macbook and an iPhone.
-Knowledge of Google Workspace and the MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
-ARLA certification (ideal, but not essential).
-Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
-Potential to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
-Capable of speaking Mandarin and Cantonese.
-Interested in a position in business development, although not necessary.
-Ability to adapt and flexible, and eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills.

Job Responsibilities:

-Organize any repairs as needed and be in charge of making sure the properties are compliant.
-Plan deposit deductions and other administrative duties and collaborate closely with the director and letting agents to assist and synchronise the daily operations of the company.
-Check that the rental property accounts are in order.
-When necessary, assist coworkers in other roles.
-Assist in the expansion of our property management department.
-Taking charge of a group of property managers.
-Speaking with contractors about property repair.
-Communicating with tenants and clients to determine repair costs.
-Tracking down tenants as needed and checking accounting software to make sure rental funds are in order.
-Keep all departments informed by communicating between them.
-Attend meetings with colleagues while also representing the company when dealing with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
