We have an exciting opportunity for a Post Sale Services role in a London-based Auction business. It is a dynamic and vast luxury marketplace known for its live and digital auctions. The candidate for post-sale services will be a key player on the team, primarily responsible for organising and managing post-sale administration and logistics and ensuring that the client experience is smooth.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
-Fluency in both English and Cantonese.
-It is preferable to have prior experience in the auction or luxury industries.
-Previous customer service experience is required.
-Capable of demonstrating excellent communication and customer support skills.
-Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:
-Deliver top-notch customer service to clients on a national and international level through all forms of communication.
-Managing the stock remaining after an auction, including, but not limited to, sorting and disposing of the sold and unsold lots.
-Inputting auction results, as well as creating and sending invoices.
-Ensure that all invoices from buyers are paid on time.
-Packing and shipping sold lots to the buyer, creating and filing customs invoices as needed, managing in-person customer collections, and filing documents as needed are all duties that fall under this category.
-Managing all inbound post-sale inquiries.
-Receiving payments from customers via phone and in person.
-Regularly updating the operations manager on the status of aged receivables and outstanding debtors on a sale-by-sale basis.
-Pursuing appropriate collection measures for unpaid invoices.
-Assisting with general office maintenance and organisation
embracing and promoting the guiding principles of the business.
-Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager and the Board of Directors.
